Denny and Rhonda Brooks are living their dream at their land on Soap Fat Road in Shippensville, PA. A strange name for a road, but a great place for a little country winery featuring their signature Deer Creek Raspberry, a semi-sweet dessert wine made with the fruit from the adjacent raspberry farm they planted a few years ago. Their wine list includes 13 different traditional and fruit wines. Come out and enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing on the porch, or stroll the raspberry fields behind the winery. During the past year, Deer Creek Winery outlets have also opened at the Clarion Mall, Cranberry Mall, and soon to be Butler Clearview Mall so people can get their wines without making a trip down Soap Fat Road, even though the drive is beautiful " Come Taste the Difference" at Deer Creek Winery.
