Learn how to get breastfeeding off to a great start! Topics include proper latch technique and positioning, as well as normal newborn feeding patterns. We will discuss how to establish a good milk supply and how to prevent common problems. Classes are held the first Tuesday of each month from 6-8pm at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
