The Veteran's Community Pool in McClure is having their 4th annual "Charity Basket Auction" and Chinese auction Saturday March 3rd at the McClure American Legion. Doors will open at 5pm and the basket auction will start at 7pm. Donations: Autographed photos of Colbie Caillat and Christina Aguilera. Baskets by Middleswarth Chips; MCS bank; Asher’s candies; Tastefully Simple; John Deere; Red Hat Society; Candles; Food and Fruit Basket; Mary Kay; Longaberger Baskets; Avon; Hair products; Easter baskets; scrap booking; a selection of gift cards and many more to numerous to mention. To contribute a basket or Chinese auction item phone Jane Hoffman at 570-658-7324 by Feb. 25th. Light refreshments will be available. come and enjoy the fun. Also local craftsman are doing woodwork projects for us. Last year we sold 120 baskets and had 100 items for the Chinese auction. < Back to Events Calendar |
