Join us at the Claysburg Senior Center, located on Bedford Street and Senior Drive in Claysburg, for our series of Diabetes Prevention and Awareness Presentations. All Seniors are welcome.

Receive a free eye screening and learn important information about Diabetic foot care and what preventative measures you can take to have healthy feet.
