Arrow Child and Family Ministries, a national organization whose mission is to help children and strengthen families, is having an information session for families interested in adoption.
The meeting will be held at Arrow's office in the Altoona Alliance Church on February 5, 2013 at 6:00 PM.
Learn more about the adoption crisis in PA, the law and and how your family can adopt a child and have all your legal fees covered.
