The Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of Centre County are holding their annual Plant Sale & Garden Fair on May 21st from 9am to 2pm at the Ag Progress Days Grounds, 9 miles SW of State College on Rt. 45.
The Plant Sale consists of thousands of potted plants including perennials, annuals, herbs, houseplants, vegetables, and noteworthy, pollinator and native plants. The Garden Fair aspect is new this year and will feature vendor booths, exhibits and demonstrations, children’s events, gardening talks, a book signing by a local mushroom expert and a composting workshop. The Pasto Agricultural Museum will be open for free tours during the Sale & Fair. Refreshments will be available for purchase and parking and admission are free.
